At Something More Travel, we believe travel is more than just a trip — it’s the spark that reconnects you with yourself, the world, and the people you love. We’re Terra and Lisa, two working moms who turned our passion for planning unforgettable getaways into a travel agency for people seeking something more.

Our story began in April 2025, when the universe brought us together on our kids’ school trip to Europe (destiny?). Between sightseeing and shepherding teenagers, we bonded over stew, sandwiches (don’t ask — inside joke!), and endless ideas for how we’d do Europe differently if we could plan it ourselves. Back home in Alberta, the conversations continued over countless dance festival weekends — always dreaming up the next adventure in hotel lobbies and theatre seats while we traveled around Alberta cheering on our girls.

One early morning, bleary-eyed and buzzing with ideas, we looked at each other and just knew. Terra pumped her fist and declared, “We’re doing it!” And we did.
